Review
Meadows-New Castle off track betting facility first opened as Ladbrokes in 1990 and was the first off track wagering facility in Pennsylvania. The name was changed in 2004 and Cannery Casino Resorts purchased the facilities in 2006. This is the Meadows OTW facility with the highest turnover of any since its opening. Visitors here will find over 250 color TV monitors, a casual dining caf, full service restaurant, and bar/lounge. There are 18 pari-mutuel betting stations and 18 self-service betting terminals located conveniently throughout the venue.
